Building My Nicaragua Team: Finding trusted local professionals (freelancers) to be my eyes, ears, and taste buds on this journey and oversee the process on-site.

Phase 2: Craft, Creation, and Quality Control

Creating the Signature Blend: Harnessing the unique character offered by Nicaragua's rich volcanic soils to create the perfect flavor profile that combines the power of Estelí with the sweetness of Jalapa, embodying the spirit of my brand.

Initial Prototype Tests: Getting initial tasting notes from my remote team and eagerly awaiting the first samples to arrive so I can make the final decision. This will be one of the most exciting moments of the journey.

Bringing Visual Identity to Life: Designing those elegant cigar belts I've been dreaming of, along with boxes that will be works of art you'll proudly keep in your humidor.

Phase 3: Expanding to the World and Building the Community

Logistics Planning: Organizing how my precious cigars will arrive from Nicaragua to the world in perfect condition, preserving their freshness and quality on day one.

Building the Community: Bringing together the brand's first enthusiasts and supporters by sharing the full transparency of this journey with you in every line of this diary.

Preparing for Launch: Starting the countdown to that moment when everything is perfect and turning this solitary dream into a reality we can all live together.
